90-year-old car passenger suffers life-threatening injuries in East Yorkshire crash

A 90-year-old man has suffered potentially life-threatening injuries, after a serious crash on an East Yorkshire county road. A burgundy Toyota Yaris collided with a Kia Sorrento shortly before 4pm yesterday on Beeford Road. The crash, between Beeford and Skipsea, left the 90-year-old passenger of the Yaris with life-threatening injuries and three other people in the Yaris with minor injuries. The driver of the Sorento suffered injuries that are suspected to be serious, but not life-threatening. Humberside Police has since launched an appeal for witnesses.
