Police have shut the busiest road into Hull. The A63 eastbound at Clive Sullivan Way has been sealed off by police with long queues of traffic forming in the area. Pictures show traffic at a standstill on Daltry Street flyover and along Clive Sullivan Way. Armed police and paramedics have been spotted in the area close to William Booth House, where Clive Sullivan Way meets Ferensway. “Traffic was building up on the eastbound carriageway past Clive Sullivan way. Again, armed response all over the place with ambulances and riot vans but no cars that I could see in sight,” one witness said. Humberside Police have been contacted for an update on their involvement.
