Several Hull roads are set to face delays over the coming days and weeks, as numerous roadworks have been scheduled. There are a mixture of road closures, lane closures and multi-way traffic signals in place while the work is going on. Busy Hull routes such as Anlaby Road, Holderness Road and Willerby Road are set to be affected in August. Works around the city are taking place for various reasons, such as the installation of telecoms poles, new water supplies and resurfacing roads. All of these works are subject to change depending on factors such as the weather.
