Nine cars were left badly damaged in Hull this morning after a speeding vehicle crashed into several vehicles – which were hit “like dominoes”. Eyewitnesses claim that a vehicle leaving North Road, off Anlaby Road, at 90mph crashed into eight others at around 1am. Those who witnessed the crash claim it was a “police chase gone wrong”. Humberside Police attended the scene along with Humberside Fire and Rescue who disconnected one of a car battery “to make it safe”. Going to be a lot of angry people in the morning. “The bloke pulled out of North Road at 90mph. It was a police chase and he smashed into all the parked cars. “Lucky no one got hurt or killed”.
