Delays of over an hour for M62 motorists after serious…

Motorist faced delays of over an hour on the M62 after a crash on the eastbound carriageway this evening. The collision between Junction 34 and Junction 35 near Eggborough saw the road closed and traffic was held in the area. At the peak of the congestion National Highways reported delays of 71 minutes. Emergency services were at the scene of the crash this evening. Both police vehicles and fire engines were reported in the area.
