Tributes to a mum tragically killed in a horror crash on the A63 have been paid by her distraught husband. Alison Clark, 43, from Elloughton, was one of three people to die in the collision, which happened on Monday night. Click here for more Hull travel and traffic news Husband Rob Clark said her sudden death has been devastating for him and their nine-year-old daughter Emily. He described his wife as a “beautiful soul” and his “guiding star, love and best friend”. Alison Clark, pictured with husband Rob and their daughter Emily, died in a crash on the A63 He told Hull Live: “It is like having your heart ripped out. I can't comprehend it. I keep expecting her to walk through the door. I feel a tremendous sense of loss. “I feel incredibly, incredibly sad about losing her and about the idea of Emily growing up without her mum. She was such a wonderful woman and mother. “She would look out for her interests in everything. She would help her pursue her dreams. “She was a warrior when it came to looking after people's interests, including our daughter's. “For me to grow old without my wife is upsetting. I wanted to go on every adventure in the world with her.” Alison tragically lost her life in a crash that took place near Melton at 10pm. She was driving a Peugeot which collided with a white BMW car. Click here to read the full police statement. Two other men died as a result of the incident, while a third remains critical condition in the hospital. They were inside a BMW, which set alight after coming to a stop. Mr Clark, 40, said: “Alison was a beautiful and caring person who I am incredibly proud of, and that is the part of her I want everyone to remember. “Losing Alison has left a hole in many people's hearts and we are all sad today. “But she would have wanted to be remembered with happiness and joy. She'd want people to find a reason to go out and enjoy the world and hug their loved ones closer.” Alison was an active and well-loved member of the community, working for Triangle Motors based in Brough. She also helped the Church Council and was chair of FESA (Friends of Elloughton School Association). She cared for him until the end of his life. A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: “A woman and two men have died following a collision on the westbound carriageway of the A63 near Melton on Monday November 22 “The collision took place at around 10pm when a white BMW 1 Series collided with a grey Peugeot 3008 before coming to a stop and setting alight. “Emergency services attended and a woman and two men were sadly pronounced dead. A third man was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries, where he currently remains in a critical condition. “Specially trained officers have been assigned to offer support to individuals involved and their families at this difficult time.
