‘Disruption’ in Beverley Road as motorist warned to avoid area…

Police have advised motorists to avoid part of Beverley Road due to a “highway disruption”. Officers said the incident was taking place at the junction with Queens Road and Sculcoates Lane. Temporary traffic lights have been in place at the junction and the road is believed to be partially blocked. In a statement, Humberside Police said: “We are aware of a highway disruption currently taking place on the junction of the A1079 with Beverley road, Queens road and Sculcoates lane. Motorists are advised to avoid the area where possible whilst we try to resolve the issue.
