Driver dies after car hits wall in East Yorkshire hamlet

A man has died after a crash in a rural village near Driffield, police said today (Thursday). The 58-year-old man was driving in Ruston Parva yesterday evening when his car hit a wall. He suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. Humberside Police said the silver Mercedes Vito car was navigating a bend when it hit the wall at around 8.45am.
