Drivers in Anlaby were left confused over the weekend, with some beeping at a car that had been parked on the road leading to one of the exits in a busy car park. The incident happened at the Morrisons supermarket, off Springfield Way, where a black Ford Kuga was spotted parked directly in the lane heading towards the Hastings Way exit, despite double yellow lines indicating an end to the parking spaces. This caused a great deal of confusion for many leaving the store on Sunday, with some even beeping at the stationary vehicle to get out of the way, not realising nobody was inside. Sharing an image on the Hull Traffic and Travel Facebook page, Gaz wrote: “Ford Kuga parking choice is causing confusion in Morrisons car park Anlaby.” Read more:Woman’s shock at £60 fine for waiting 8 minutes in old Iceland car park Commenting on the post, Paul asked: “How does anyone manage to mistake that for a parking space?” Gaz replied: “Yeah heading out so a few cars at a time was sat waiting, scary thing is the owner didn’t realise and looked blunt at a car beeping at them.
