A man who drove whilst under the influence of both cocaine and cannabis has been banned from driving for four years. Driving offenders from across Hull and East Yorkshire were sentenced by magistrates in Hull in recent days, including a woman who took a vehicle without the owner's consent, a motorist who drove without due care and attention and others caught driving under the influence of drink or drugs. Here are eight people who were sentenced for driving offences at Hull Magistrates' Court last week. He was banned from driving for four years and ordered to pay a £320 fine. Fiona Sharp, 32, of Schofield Avenue, Beverley pleaded guilty to taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, driving without insurance and driving without an appropriate licence. She was given a community order with the requirement to wear an electronic monitoring tag, banned from driving for eight months and ordered to pay a £114 victim services surcharge and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
