A man had to be taken to hospital by ambulance after a collision involving a lorry in Hessle. Humberside Police attended a road traffic incident in Woodfield Lane at 8am on Wednesday morning. Two vehicles, including a large yellow concrete-mixing lorry, had collided. Humberside Police have confirmed the male was treated for minor injuries and was taken to hospital as a precaution. Traffic was left at a standstill throughout the morning.
