Ennerdale Bridge in Hull to shut overnight for essential investigations
Ennerdale Bridge is set to close for two nights next week for essential investigations. Earlier this year, a fault was detected on the bridge located on Raich Carter Way, affecting one of its lifting spans. To identify and rectify the issue, necessary investigations will now get underway. Overnight closures will be implemented on Raich Carter Way on Wednesday 11 September and Thursday 12 September from 10pm to 6am the following day. A diversion route will be signposted for motorists.
