Magistrates have fined a Brough man £330 for fly tipping on an East Riding roadside. Hull Magistrates Court handed down the penalty to Shaun Scrowston, of King Edwards Terrance, Brough, after he admitted to dumping two bags of household waste in a Barmby Moor layby.
