Works to tackle on street parking and traffic obstructions by allowing front garden parking in a west Hull residential street have been opened for bidding. Hull City Council has tendered a contract worth £134,000 for the works to turn Loveridge Avenue, off Chanterlands Avenue, into a 'Home Zone'.
