Google Maps will soon be able to warn drivers about upcoming speed cameras – a feature that is sure to go down well. According to  TechCrunch , speed camera alerts are now available in the UK as well as in a host of other countries across the world. Drivers in places including Australia, Brazil and Russia will all benefit from the new tech after an international rollout began two weeks ago.  The service was previously only available in the USA. It will work on both Android and iOS and will also allow drivers to report mobile speed camera traps. Google Maps will display the speed limits of the road you are driving on in the corner of the phone screen which is using the app, reports  Manchester Evening News  . An audio warning will then sound when the driver enters a new speed limit zone or when they are approaching a speed camera. Icons showing where exactly the speed camera is will also appear, as will incident reports. Watch: Why you could get fine
