Police are dealing with an incident in Orchard Park A witness believes a young person was “run over” on Hall Road at around 4.30pm but this has not yet been confirmed. Hull Live has approached Humberside Police and Yorkshire Ambulance Service for more information. A patient transport ambulance was spotted at the scene, witnesses said.
