The AA has proposed that new, young drivers should be subject to more stringent restrictions on the road, one of which includes a ban on carrying passengers of a similar age. This suggestion comes in the wake of a coroner's concerns after the tragic loss of four teenagers in a car crash in North Wales last year. Have your say!
