Heart-stopping moment ‘shaken’ driver almost hits woman riding mobility scooter in Hall Road

This is the moment a driver almost “collided” with a woman on a mobility scooter. The video, shown above , was posted in the Hull Road Share: Improving Our Standards Together Facebook page and was filmed in Hall Road. Dean, the man behind the Facebook page, posted the video and shared what the member said when they sent it in. “I absolutely s*** my pants! She didn't even look to see if anything was coming!” they said. Watch the video above and leave your comments about it below.  Dean then shared his own thoughts on the footage which were posted on social media. “Another moment where pedestrians/pavement users really shouldn't assume cars will stop! Please take care of yourselves,” he said. The clip has been posted on Facebook (Image: Hull Road Share : Improving Our Standards Together) The person who filmed the clip also appeared to have posted in the comments. She said: “I honestly thought I was going to collide with her. There must have been an inch between my car and her scooter. She didn't even look. She just went straight on to the road. It shook me up terribly! She then added: “It's also not a mini roundabout, it's a normal one. This video isn't very clear because I recorded it off my dashcam onto my phone then when I've sent it in it's even less clear but, on my dashcam, you can see clear as day. “She just carries along and doesn't even look to her right! The van behind me nearly rear-ended me too because I stopped that suddenly.
