A major road in Hull is blocked due to an incident. Holderness Road is blocked in both directions. It was reported that there has been a crash outside East Park. There is heavy traffic down Holderness Road. A local source said traffic is backed up past The Bank Hull pub, at the junction with Southcoates Lane. Motorists have been advised to avoid the road.
