A major road in Hull is blocked due to an incident. Holderness Road is blocked in both directions. It was reported that there has been a crash outside East Park. There is heavy traffic down Holderness Road. A local source said traffic is backed up past The Bank Hull pub, at the junction with Southcoates Lane. Motorists have been advised to avoid the road. Hope everyone involved are ok.” Other witnesses said delays were stretched back to Mount Pleasant.
