A major city centre car park in Hull will now close at night after being blighted with antisocial behaviour. The car park on Osborne Street was previously one of the few remaining 24 hour council run car parks that were available in the city but this has attracted crime to the site. There are now only four 24 hour parking facilities in the city run by Hull City Council: Tower Street, Francis Street, Trippett Street and Lowgate car park.
