Hull man, 61, dies almost two weeks after motorbike crash

A Hull man has died two weeks after being involved in a serious motorbike crash near Cayton Bay. The 61-year-old was travelling on the A165 (Filey Road) with a group of other bikers on Sunday, April 16, when it is believed he tried to overtake a car. He then fell from his bike near the Osgodby park and ride roundabout, and sustained serious injuries. Sadly, almost two weeks after the crash, the motorcyclist has died. Police have now released an appeal, urging witnesses to come forward.
