A frustrated motorist has called on fellow drivers to take their foot off the brake pedal when waiting at lights at night. Posting in Hull Live's Traffic and Travel group, Chris said: “Been blinded by every single car I've been behind tonight with their brake lights on when not necessary when waiting at lights . . . people need to use their hand brake.” He said the Government should also step in with new regulations for LED headlights.
