A woman was stuck in a car park in Kingswood for longer than an hour as shoppers rushed to the retail park on New Year’s Eve, Saturday 31 December. Posting on Hull Live’s Traffic and Travel Facebook group, the woman said she sat down for more than an hour trying to get out of Kingswood Retail Park. She also noticed that many drivers were angry and frustrated. In the Facebook post the woman said: “I have just sat for over an hour trying to get out of kingswood retail park (matalan side of the carpark). Many angry and frustrated drivers, seen two minor accidents and many more near misses.
