A stretch of the A1079 in East Yorkshire has been closed following a crash involving multiple vehicles. Emergency Services are currently attending the scene between Wilberfoss and Barmby Moor following a crash along the A1079 in the East Riding of Yorkshire. It is currently unclear what has happened, but it has been confirmed that a number of people are involved. Humberside Police released a short statement saying the road was closed and asked motorists to avoid the area. It said: “Please be aware emergency services are in attendance to a multiple road traffic collision on the A1079.
