The A63 is partially closed this morning following a crash involving an HGV. The lorry is believed to have “careered” off the road, according to one witness. Emergency services have closed one lane of the A63 westbound as they deal with the incident at the St Andrews Dock slipway. A lorry has been pictured embedded through a fence at the side of the road. It is unknown at this time if anyone was injured in the collision.
