M62 slip road shut at Howden due to accident – recap

A slip road on the M62 was closed following an accident near Howden. Traffic website Inrix was reporting that traffic on the main route was being held after the crash. It previously reported the M62 was shut in both directions after the crash. It says: “M62 Eastbound exit slip road closed, stationary traffic due to accident at J37 A614 (Howden).” The accident appears to be on the slip road with A614, by the roundabout. Humberside Police said one person was injured with the slip road reopen by 11.30am. But we will keep updated in the blog below.
