Humberside Police are at the scene of a oil spill on Britannia Way near Goole. Officers are manning roads as major tailbacks are mounting. The Highways Agency is at the scene clearing the spill. Drivers are being asked to avoid the area. One eyewitness has described the scene as “bedlam, there's lorries stuck turning around on the roundabout. Long tailback now”.
