There was widespread travel disruption in Hull this morning after emergency services were called to a concern for safety when a man was spotted on city centre train tracks. Trains in and out of Hull Paragon Interchange were cancelled from around 7am on Tuesday, with reports of a trespasser on the network between Hull and Brough. Humberside Police later revealed they were dealing with an incident on Argyle Street and were working alongside British Transport Police. The road was closed between Anlaby Road and Londesborough Street as officers resolved the situation. British Transport Police confirmed that one male was taken to a place of safety following the incident.
