Man suffers life-threatening injuries after being hit by motorbike in Beverley Road

The man was walking in the road close to Tesco Express at around 7.45pm on Thursday, October 17, when he was hit by a silver Suzuki Burgman motorbike travelling in the same direction. The 77-year-old is in a stable condition but has potentially life-threatening injuries. He is being treated at Hull Royal Infirmary. The driver of the motorbike also suffered minor injuries. Police are asking anyone who might have seen the incident to come forward. A spokesman for Humberside Police said: “We’re working to establish the circumstances of a collision which has left a 77-year-old pedestrian with potentially life threatening injuries.
