Motorists ‘drove around’ injured cyclist after serious crash on ‘nightmare’…
Motorists are alleged to have “driven around” a cyclist who was lying seriously injured on a road in Hull after braking harshly to avoid an oncoming car. The collision happened on the “nightmarish” mini-roundabout on Church Street, Robson Way, Wawne Road and Leads Road. Witnesses say the cyclist was lying on the road for some time, with motorists “driving around” before a gentleman is said to have eventually stopped to help. The car reportedly involved was described as a “black SUV-style vehicle” with the crash taking place at around 6.50am on Tuesday, March 7. Humberside Police launched an appeal this afternoon to locate witnesses and dashcam footage.
