Next stage of footpath improvements announced
Hull City Council has announced that the second phase of the footpath resurfacing and reconstruction programme in west Hull is set to kick off on Monday, 6 January. The upcoming works will target the northern footpath of River Grove, as well as Lulworth Avenue and Lymington Garth, carried out by Wright Civil Engineering Limited. Works will then move onto Newington Avenue and then Boothferry Road between Belgrave Drive and Newington Avenue. This follows the successful early completion of phase one, which saw upgrades to the southern footpath of River Grove, Vincent Close, and Datchet Garth by Friday, 13 December, a full week ahead of schedule.
