North Cave crash: Drivers ‘completely stuck’ in three miles of gridlocked traffic after serious multi-car crash

The accident has happened on the A63 eastbound between the North Cave and South Cave turn offs, with motorists being told by police to “avoid the area where possible”. Emergency services are currently at the scene and Highways England say the road is set to be closed for at least another hour. One driver contacted Hull Live to say he was stuck in “at least two to three miles”. He said: “I’m stuck and its a standstill on the A63. “We have been stuck here for about 10 to 15 minutes, we’re by Intergreen building but we are completely stuck heading towards Hull. “If you look back there’s at least two to three miles of traffic behind us and
