A 'notorious' Hull roundabout which has been the scene of a number of fatal accidents is partially closed as crash damaged traffic lights still need to be repaired. The lights on the A63/A1165 Garrison Roundabout are out of action following a collision on Saturday (December 18) and National Highways has said that it cannot install temporary lights at the location. Vehicles heading south on the A1165 are currently unable to use the roundabout to travel west along the A63 due to the damaged lights. Vehicles are being diverted eastbound to the Mount Pleasant North roundabout where they can turn and continue westbound.
