‘Obstruction’ on A63 in Hull city centre causes long delays…
The A63 eastbound is “partially blocked” this morning leading to long delays. There is queuing traffic due to an 'obstruction' on the road at the Mytongate junction. Motorists are facing delays of around 30 minutes. The AA said an ‘incident’ occurred at around 7.40am today (Monday, April 3).
