Parking in ‘shockingly bad car park’ next to Hull Royal…
Patients and staff visiting Hull Royal Infirmary have said parking is so awful at the privately-owned Fountain Street car park that they've been stuck – one customer “for 40 minutes”. A photo of the car park, taken on Tuesday by Antony Wright and posted on Hull Live's Traffic & Travel Facebook page, shows no marked bays and people blocked in on all sides. The car park is owned by Bank Park which charges £4 for the minimum stay and said it is not possible to have marked bays because of the stony surface, with sleepers marking the rows instead.
