Plans hoping to solve an infamous traffic 'pinch point' have been submitted to Hull City Council. The planning application seeks to solve a traffic 'pinch point' on Wincolmlee, near the roundabout that connects the road with Air Street and Bank Side. Just south of the roundabout there is a section of the road that requires drivers to be highly alert and cautious as the road becomes particularly narrow with buildings on both sides positioned directly adjacent to the carriageway.
