Police statement on ‘serious’ A63 crash as three people in hospital

On Thursday, September 12, Humberside Police were called out to a serious accident at 3.30pm, eastbound between North and South Cave. The accident resulted in one woman being rushed to hospital with “serious injuries” , although these are not thought to be “life threatening”, and another two other people also being taken to hospital for “minor injuries”. A spokeswoman for the force said: “We were called to the road traffic collision before 3.30pm and one woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries, though not thought to be life threatening. “Two people were also taken to hospital as a precaution for treatment for minor injuries.” (Image: Jenny Richardson) Highways England said the crash involved “multi vehicles” but the police spokeswoman was unable to confirm how many were involved or what make and models they were.
