Pothole-ridden Ferensway junction set to be repaired next month
A busy Hull city centre junction that has become badly damaged is set to be resurfaced next month. The junction of Ferensway and Anlaby Road has been frequently mentioned by motorists as an area in particular need of attention, including in a recent survey of Hull Live readers, with numerous potholes having formed at the intersection due to “factors such as weathering and significant traffic volumes”. Hull City Council has now confirmed it is currently organising a contractor to carry out repair works “with the aim of undertaking these at the end of February, weather permitting”.
