Police officers have ticketed a selfish driver who blocked access to a Covid-19 vaccination centre and told officers he didn't care after being woken up and confronted about his parking. It meant vaccination volunteers, who were faced with 400 appointments to get through on Saturday, were worried they might have to cancel their afternoon's Pfizer clinic.
