A driver who failed to stop after a collision in which another vehicle and a fence were damaged was banned from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay more than £1,200 in costs last week. Magistrates in Hull also handed out hefty driving bans and fines to offenders from across Hull and East Yorkshire who were caught under the influence of drink or drugs. He was banned from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay an £850 fine, a £430 victim services surcharge and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service. Reece Fullard, 34, of Annandale Road, Hull pleaded guilty to driving whilst under the influence of cocaine and ketamine. He was banned from driving for 17 months, given a community order with the requirement to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay a £114 victim services surcharge and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
