Six-week closure planned at busy Hull junction
A closure will be in place on a major Hull road for almost six weeks while works take place at a busy junction. Northern Gas Networks is carrying out the “vital asset maintenance works” at the junction of Queens Road and Princes Avenue from next week, while Hull City Council will undertake an “essential carriageway resurfacing scheme”. The works are set to begin on Monday, April 7 and are expected to be completed by Friday, May 16 – weather permitting. A single road closure will be in place at the junction of Queens Road and Princes Avenue with a signed diversion route via Beverley Road.
