Humberside Police were kept busy over the Bank Holiday weekend as officers cracked down on drink and dangerous driving. The force has detailed two arrests made in the area for drivers suspected of being over the limit of alcohol, which included a supervisor of a learner driver. The motorist was stopped by a police patrol team stopped a vehicle in Bridlington and arrested on suspicion of drink driving. Patrol officers in Holderness also made an arrest last night, following a crash. The driver was arrested on suspicion of being over the prescribed limit of alcohol, as officers urged drinking members of the public to “leave the keys at home”.
