The next overnight road closures as work on Brough roundabout…
There will be more overnight road closures while construction continues of the new roundabout in Brough. These night-time closures, which will take place in August, September and October, are necessary for the completion of the £4.7m A63 /Welton Road Brough Junction Scheme, aimed at alleviating congestion at a key junction in the town. The scheme involves replacing the busy junction at Welton Road, Welton Low Road, Water Lane and the A63 with a large, three-lane roundabout equipped with traffic signals. The roundabout is expected to be fully operational in November.
