Three-vehicle crash on the A1079 leaves two drivers seriously injured
Two drivers were seriously injured in a three-car crash on the A1079. It happened at around 6pm on March 1 near Wilberfoss, and involved a white Citroen, a silver Mercedes and a silver Volkswagen Golf. The drivers of the Citroen and Mercedes were taken to hospital for serious injuries. Humberside Fire and Rescue also attended the crash, and released a man from a car, while a woman in another car was able to self-release. The fire service also used drones to investigate the scene of the serious crash.
