Three-week closure on major Hull road for ‘essential works’ on…

There will be a full closure on part of a major Hull road for almost three weeks while investigation works are carried out on a bridge. Hull City Council has warned motorists to expect disruption as the work takes place at Boothferry Road footbridge from Monday, July 31. The essential work will include the excavation of the carriageway on Boothferry Road. This will allow the team to carry out investigation works on a hidden element of the footbridge at the junction with Anlaby Park Road North and Anlaby Park Road South.
