A 90-year-old man has tragically died following a serious crash on an East Yorkshire road. A burgundy Toyota Yaris was in collision with a Kia Sorento on Beeford Road, between Beeford and Skipsea, shortly before 4pm on Monday, October 30. At the time, it was reported the elderly man was a passenger in the Yaris and sustained life-threatening injuries, while three others sustained minor injuries and the driver of the Sorrento suffered serious injuries. Sadly, Humberside Police have confirmed the 90-year-old has since died in hospital. An appeal is still ongoing to find witnesses to the crash.
