Tragedy as man, 33, dies in horror B1242 crash near…

A motorcyclist has sadly died, following a crash with a car in Withernsea on Sunday afternoon. A 33-year-old man, riding a white Triumph Street Triple motorcycle, sustained fatal injuries after his bike collided with a purple Ford Fiesta. The crash happened on the B1242, Waxholme Road at around 2.20pm on Sunday (June 11). The man died at the scene, while the driver of the Ford Fiesta was taken to hospital to be checked over for minor injuries. The road was closed for several hours while emergency services attended the incident.
