Police have taped off a major Hull road after an incident. Part of New Cleveland Street has been cordoned off at the junction with Witham up to Spyvee Street. It is unclear what has happened but a damaged bicycle can be seen on the road which suggests a rider may have been involved in a collision. Officers can be seen investigating the area but there does not appear to be any vehicles at the scene. Hull Live has contacted Humberside Police for a comment.
