Warning as burst water pipe causes Hull footpath to freeze over

Water has been freezing on to a footpath in Hull as drivers splash through a huge puddle caused by a burst water main. The burst happened around the junction between Priory Road and Wold Road, in west Hull, on Saturday afternoon. Yorkshire Water engineers were called to the site to make repairs.
