A man has been arrested after a woman was 'seriously injured' in a motorcycle collision in Spring Bank on Friday night. Humberside Police closed Spring Bank to traffic in both directions shortly after the incident was reported at 9:45pm. A 52-year-old woman was seriously injured and taken to hospital, the force said. Humberside Police said a 33-year-old man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by careless driving, failing to stop at the scene of a collision, and failing to report a collision. The force has appealed for witnesses or people who may have dashcam or CCTV to come forward.
